Gio and Anto put... read more everything that you may need. We were welcomed with fresh fruits, local beer and wine. Dedicated parking spot is available right at the house gates. Place looks much more nicer in reality then on the pictures. Communication was nice and easy. Very good advises about nice dining and local beaches.  Anto told us about special store where we bought an authentic vase as a great piece of memory. We would highly recommend this place and definitely choose it again!!!

La posizione oltre che per fini turistici è un ottimo appoggio a chi deve restare in prossimità dell ospedale Brotzu, inoltre è un area molto tranquilla di giorno e di notte.
Gli host sono fantastici, molto gentili e molto disponibili.

Anto war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist herzlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns zu dritt sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Die Aussicht vom Balkon... read more sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht ist spitze, perfekt um dort gemeinsam zu Essen. Die Küche ist groß genug und sehr ordentlich.

Wenn ich wieder in Cagliari sein sollte, würde ich die Unterkunft von Anto und Gio immer bevorzugen, wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit hier 👍🏼

Die Wohnung von Giovanni... read more und Antoniana hat uns schon auf den Bildern sehr gut gefallen. Vor Ort ist sie nich viel schöner und der Blick über die Stadt bis zum Meer ein Traum. Alles war sauer und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten, um uns wohl und wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und konnten von der Wohnung aus jeden Bereich von Cagliari erreichen. Zum Flughafen 10min, Stadt 12min, an den Strand Poetto 20 min und in dem Viertel sind wir zu zwei Restaurants zu Fuß gelaufen.
Giovanni und Antoniana sind wundervolle Menschen. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und schon zuvor einen leichten und einfachen Kontakt ermöglicht. Sie haben uns in einer schweren Zeit liebevoll unterstützt. Wir sind sehr glücklich die beiden kennengelernt zu haben und kommen bestimmt zurück. Danke!

  Das waren unsere erste Ferien in Sardinien. Wir haben alles last-minute gebucht. So gesehen hatten wir ein riesen Glück, dass die Unterkunft gerade dann noch frei war. Der Preis war... read more gut und die Lage für uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern super. Allerdings ist ein Auto (mit Navi) sehr empfehlenswert, was wir auch hatten allein wegen den Kindern. Die wunderschöne Stadt Cagliary, gute Strände wie die Poetto und der Flughafen waren innerhalb 8 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung war gemütlich, hatte gute Klimaanlagen und eine Waschmaschine, die wir dankbar nutzten. Der Gastgeber, Gio und seine Frau Anto, sind ein herzliches und sympathisches älteres Paar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkünft all jenen, die nicht unbedingt im Zentrum residieren wollen, aber auch nicht allzu weit davon sein wollen. Der Preis ist sehr fair. Wir werden uns sicher wieder die Wohnung mieten für unsere nächste Sardinien Urlaub.

La casa è spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con grande gusto e fresca anche quando è caldo, grazie alle zanzariere alle finestre e una ventilazione sempre presente. Non abbiamo mai adoperato il condizionatore. I letti sono comodi e la zona silenziosa, il riposo è assicurato. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, il bagno grande e spazioso, la terrazza un posto dal quale non vorresti mai andartene, con la vista di Cagliari, del mare, degli stagni. L'ospitalità è anche calorosa e premurosa, al contempo rispettosa della privacy. Non c'è posto migliore per stare a Cagliari e ci tornerò di sicuro!
