La posizione oltre che per fini turistici è un ottimo appoggio a chi deve restare in prossimità dell ospedale Brotzu, inoltre è un area molto tranquilla di giorno e di notte.
Gli host sono fantastici, molto gentili e molto disponibili.
Grazie ancora per lo splendido soggiorno, dovessimo soggiornare a Cagliari sarebbe ancora la nostra prima scelta

La casa è spaziosa, luminosa, arredata con grande gusto e fresca anche quando è caldo, grazie alle zanzariere alle finestre e una ventilazione sempre presente. Non abbiamo mai adoperato il condizionatore. I letti sono comodi e la zona silenziosa, il riposo è assicurato. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, il bagno grande e spazioso, la terrazza un posto dal quale non vorresti mai andartene, con la vista di Cagliari, del mare, degli stagni. L'ospitalità è anche calorosa e premurosa, al contempo rispettosa della privacy. Non c'è posto migliore per stare a Cagliari e ci tornerò di sicuro!

Wenn ich wieder in Cagliari sein sollte, würde ich die Unterkunft von Anto und Gio immer bevorzugen, wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit hier 👍🏼

We were given the warmest welcome and a tour of the place.... read more Their home was completely spotless, clean, spacious and homely with everything you needed. The bathroom felt like a hotel bathroom with freshly wrapped soap and folded towels. The beds were really comfy. The view from the terrace was stunning. We didn’t hire a car and got around by bus and taxi, but a few times Giovanni was kind enough to drive us (even at 10:30pm when we got lost and couldn’t get a bus back). They checked in on us every day. My mother mentioned she wanted watermelon and they brought one up one day. Staying with them truly felt like staying with family. They made us feel so comfortable and were beyond accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them. They are truly wonderful people and we are really grateful to them for looking after us!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar mit Blumen aus dem eigenen Garten wurde dekoriert. Die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts super schön. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden.

  My friends and I had the most wonderful stay at Giovanni’s airbnb. The apartment was very tidy and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had the warmest... read more welcome which included fresh fruit and wine to get our holiday started! The flat looks over the city and has the most amazing views in the evening which we enjoyed when eating at home.

Giovanni and his wife were beyond hospitable and often checked in on us to make sure our holiday was running smoothly. My friend had lost her phone from the airport on the first day and Giovanni spent the time to call local taxi companies and managed to locate the phone which we were very appreciate of! Giovanni also kindly gave us early check in and late check out to accommodate to our flight times.

Definitely recommend staying at this airbnb during your visit to Cagliari. 10/10 stay! Will hopefully get to return in the near future.

Il ne manque rien, les équipements de la cuisine, la terasse ombragée, la climatisation dans chaque chambre, l'espace privatif pour se garer, et en bonus (la pleine lune rousse 🌕) et la vue sur Cagliari.

Leur accueil était très chaleureux, leurs conseils très sympathiques.

Ils habitent le rez de chaussé de la maison, mais sont très discrets.

Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
